Terms of Service
Last updated: July 20, 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
YouTv ("YouTv", "we", "us") is operated by YouTv studio ("the Seller"). By creating an account, uploading content, or otherwise using YouTv, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Acceptance
By continuing to use YouTv you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you are using YouTv on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
3. The service
YouTv is a social video platform that lets you watch, upload, and share short-form ("Rolls") and long-form videos, follow creators, comment, and promote videos through paid Boost campaigns.
4. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse YouTv. In particular, you must not:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes, including spam;
- Upload or share content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or otherwise prohibited;
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the service (malware, probing, scraping, rate-limit evasion);
- Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service, or circumvent technical limits.
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the videos and other content you upload. You grant the Seller a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transcode, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and provide YouTv. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights necessary to share it. Rights holders can request takedowns by contacting the Seller.
7. Intellectual property
YouTv, its software, branding, and documentation are owned by the Seller and its licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.
8. Paid features and payments
Boost campaigns and any other paid features are billed per campaign or subscription as described at checkout. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund policy is described on our Refund Policy page.
9. Service level and warranties
YouTv is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller's aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow such limitation.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold the Seller harmless from claims arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use YouTv ends and we may delete your content after a reasonable period.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the app or by email.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seller's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to the Seller through the in-app support channels. For payment or refund questions, contact Paddle at paddle.net.
