YouTv, operated by YouTv studio, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid features, including Boost campaigns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order-lookup form, or contact our support team through the in-app help channels and we will forward the request to Paddle.

What is refundable

• Unused Boost campaign budget: fully refundable within 30 days.
• Partially-spent Boost campaigns: the remaining unspent budget is refundable within 30 days. Impressions and clicks that have already been delivered are considered used.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card network, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
